The Cost of Employer Insurance is a Growing Burden For Middle Income Families

Nothing more clearly illustrates the losing battle that trade unionists are facing with regard to negotiating for healthcare than this recent study by The Commonwealth Fund, “The Cost of Employer Insurance is a Growing Burden For Middle Income Families.”

There is no way for union negotiators to control the costs of health insurance short of winning HR 676, the Expanded and Improved Medicare For All legislation now pending in the House of Representatives. It is time to take healthcare “Off The Table.”
