Minnesota Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison today became the prime sponsor of HR 676, the Expanded and Improved Medicare for All Act.  Ellison is a five term congressman from Minneapolis.  He spoke on the floor of the House today taking on this HR 676 sponsorship formerly held by Rep. John Conyers of Michigan who retired in December.
