Menasha, Wisconsin. The United Steelworkers District 2 Council has endorsed HR 676, single payer healthcare legislation introduced by Congressman John Conyers (D-MI).

One of thirteen districts in the USW, District 2 represents 75,000 union members in Michigan and Wisconsin.
