Denver, Colorado. The Colorado AFL-CIO has become the 29th state labor federation to endorse HR 676, single payer healthcare legislation introduced by Congressman John Conyers (D-Mich). The Advisory Council voted unanimously to endorse HR 676 on December 4th.
